The Detailed Scope Of Work Was Included In The Documentation, I.E. In: 1) The Land Development Design Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, 2) The Architectural And Construction Design Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, 3) The Technical Design Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz, 4) The Design For Permanent Traffic Organization In The Parking Lot, Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz, 4) The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 13 To The Swz, 5) Detailed Technical Specifications Constituting Annex No. 14 To The Swz, 6) Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 4. Due To The Lump Sum Remuneration, The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Order Within The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order. 6. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law If The Land Development Design, Detailed Technical Specifications Or Bill Of Quantities, I.E. Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract, Contain A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And 3 Of The Act, And Such A Reference Was Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In The Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification Approval, Technical Reference System. Due To The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act, The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described In These Documents Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching To The Offer, Appropriate Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104 - 107 Of The Act, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
