The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparatory Works, 2) Dismantling Of Existing Benches And Waste Bins, 3) Installation Of Playground Equipment Along With The Construction Of A Safe Surface, 4) Installation Of A Solar Charging Station For Bicycles And Scooters, 5) Installation Of A Bicycle Repair Station, 6) Installation Of Bicycle Racks, 7) Installation Of A Park Gazebo, 8) Planting Of Ornamental Plants, 9) Laying Of Lawns, 10) Finishing Works - Tidying Up Area And11) Execution And Acceptance Of The As-Built Geodetic Inventory Into The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resources, 12) Preparation Of Acceptance Documentation, 13) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or A Certificate Of No Objection To The Completion Of The Works, 14) Performance Of Any Other Accompanying Works Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And In The Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract.3. The Contractor Will Install A Board On Posts Informing About The Financing Of The Investment In Question, In A Publicly Accessible And Clearly Visible Place, Indicated By The Ordering Party, And Will Ensure That It Is Maintained In Proper Condition Throughout The Construction Period.4.
