Kochanowskiego, Consisting In The Reconstruction And Construction Of Roadways, Pedestrian Roads, Exits, Elevated Intersections, Construction Of A Retention And Seepage Rainwater Drainage System, Construction Of Separate Street Lighting And Reconstruction Of Conflicting Area Utilities. The Investment In Question Is Classified As A Linear Structure, Which Should Be Understood As A Building Whose Characteristic Parameter Is Length, In Particular The Road Along With Exits And Structures Located Along It. 2. Material Scope Of The Construction Project: • Reconstruction Of The Section Of Municipal Road No. 100645L - Ul. Kochanowskiego, • Construction Of A Pedestrian Road On Both Sides, • Construction Of Exits, • Construction Of A Storm Sewage System In A Retention And Infiltration System With Pre-Treatment Devices, • Construction Of Separate Road Lighting And Lighting Of Pedestrian Crossings, • Reconstruction Of Collisions With The Expanded Road Consisting In Demolition And Reconstruction Or Construction Of A Non-Road Infrastructure Network, • Removal Of Trees And Bushes Colliding With The Designed Road And Infrastructure Elements, • Introduction Of Horizontal Markings And Vertical.3. Area Scope Of The Construction Project: Due To Its Nature, The Investment In Question Will Be Located In A Built-Up Area, In Existing Public Road Lanes Covered By The Documentation, In The City Of Biała Podlaska, Lublin Voivodeship. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation. As Part Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will, In Particular: 1) Perform Construction Works In Accordance With The Approved Design Documentation; 2) Prepare As-Built Documentation; 3) Transfer Property Rights To The Ordering Party Copyright To The As-Built Documentation;4) Will Conclude An Insurance Contract For Civil Liability Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract On The Terms Specified In This Agreement;5) Will Provide A Warranty For Construction Works On The Terms Specified In This Agreement;6) Will Provide A Warranty For The Accompanying Infrastructure On The Terms Specified By The Manufacturer;7) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Service Of Cutting Down And Removing Trees From The Investment Area;8) Will Dismantle All Elements That Interfere With The Planned Development Of The Area;9) Will Provide The Construction Site With The Necessary Connections (Electricity, Water Supply, Sewage, Etc.
