The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale And Delivery Of Drilling Equipment - Spare Parts And Accessories For The Mdr-06A Drilling Rig, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order.1.2. The Detailed Scope, Type, Parameters And Quantities Of Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Specification.1.3. The Delivered Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Should Correspond To The Spare Parts Specified In The Mdr-06A Drilling Rig Manual Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Contract Template. 2. Obligations Of The Contractor. 2.1 Upon The Ordering Partys Orders, The Contractor Undertakes To Sell And Deliver Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Successively During The Duration Of The Contract, In Batches (Maximum 4 Batches), Within 40 Calendar Days From The Date Of Placing The Order By The Ordering Party.2.2 The Number And Type Of Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Order That Will Be Sold And Delivered In One Batch Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party And Will Be Specified In The Order Referred To In Point 2.1.2.3.
