Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Office And Warehouse Furniture With Equipment For The District Warehouse Of Civil Protection Resources And For The Needs Of The School Run By Dzierżoniów County

1. Part No. 1 - Delivery Of Warehouse Shelves. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annexes No. 1-1A To The Swz. 2. In The Items Included In Appendices No. 1-3 To The Swz, In Which The Ordering Party Has Specified The Subject Of The Order By An Example Of Proper Names, It Is Allowed To Offer Equivalent Equipment (Unless Otherwise Stipulated), And The Functional Requirements And Technical Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party Specifying The Subject Of The Order Are The Minimum Conditions Whose Fulfillment The Ordering Party Will Expect (Unless Otherwise Indicated In The Annex, E.G. By Specifying The Requirement Maximum). If An Equivalent Offer Is Submitted, The Contractor Must Specify The Specification Of The Offered Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With Annexes No. 1-3 To The Swz, Specifying Elements (Features) Other Than Those Required By The Ordering Party (E.G. By Bolding Or Underlining The Proposed Equivalent Equipment). If An Equivalent Offer Is Submitted, The Differences Should Be Clearly Indicated And Clearly Described In Annexes 1-3 Attached To The Offer. The Ordering Party Will Consider Equipment That Meets The Technical Parameters Or Functional Requirements Specified In Annexes 1-3 To The Swz To Be An Equivalent Subject Of The Order. The Proper Names Of The Goods Or Manufacturers Markings Indicated In The Swz Were Used Only As Examples, And In Each Such Case, The Contractors May Provide An Equivalent Subject Of The Order (I.E. With Parameters No Worse Than Those Of The Subject Of The Order Indicated For Example In The Above-Mentioned Attachments). The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Subject Of The Order Offered By Him Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.3. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. Equivalent Solutions Are Those That Meet The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of: 1) Technical Parameters, 2) Quality Of Workmanship, 3) Durability And Functionality, 4) Safety Of Use, And These Parameters Cannot Be Worse Than Those Specified In The Procedure Documentation. 4. The Contractor Who Offers Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate Their Equivalence By Submitting Appropriate Documents, In Particular: 1) Technical Data Sheets, 2) Declaration Of Conformity, 3) Certificates Or Test Results. The Burden Of Proving Equivalence Rests With The Contractor. 5. The Items Offered Within A Given Item Must Be The Same, Unless Otherwise Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.6. The Subject Of The Order, Listed In The Detailed Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Order, Will Be Delivered By The Contractor To The District Warehouse Of Civil Protection Resources Located On Plots 60/25, 60/24, 60/14 In Dzierżoniów - Within The Scope Of Part No. 1.7.
