The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply (Sale) Of Electricity Within The Meaning Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43, As Amended) For The Needs Of The Ordering Party With A Total Estimated Volume Of: 506,268 Kwh, Which, Broken Down Into Individual Settlement Zones, Is: Day - 441,719 Kwh, Noc-64,549 Kwh. The Volume Of Electricity Indicated Above And In Appendix No. 3 To The Swz (Sopz) Is An Estimate And Is Used To Calculate The Offer Price (Contractors Remuneration). In The Event Of A Reduction Or Increase In The Number Of The Ordering Partys Patients Or The Ordering Party Purchasing New Energy-Consuming Devices During The Term Of The Contract (Which Will Translate Into An Increase Or Decrease In Electricity Consumption By The Ordering Party), The Ordering Party May Purchase A Smaller Or Larger Amount Of Electricity From The Contractor, And In Each Case This Difference Will Not Be Higher Than 10% Of The Volume Indicated Above.
