The Detailed Description Of The Subject And The Size Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 2 To The Terms Of Reference - Price Form.3. The Maximum Order Quantity Is Specified In Annex 2 To The Swz - Price Form.4. Deliveries Will Be Made To The Warehouse Of The Material And Technical Management Department Of The Military Police Headquarters Located In The City Of Krakow (Ul. Mogilska 109). The Ordering Party Requires Properly Secured Delivery, Appropriate For The Given Product Range.5. Length Of The Warranty Period In The Scope Of: Task No. 1, Not Shorter Than 18 Months From The Date Of Each Delivery.6. The Trade Names Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Provided Only As Examples Of Products That Meet Specific Requirements And Do Not Oblige Contractors To Submit Offers Only For These Products. In Each Case, The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of An Equivalent Offer. When Offering An Equivalent Product, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate This Fact In The Product Name Column In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Failure To Select And The Simultaneous Absence Of The Documents Referred To In Section 7, Will Be Treated As Offering A Product Indicated By The Ordering Party As An Example.7. The Contractor Offering Products Equivalent To Those Indicated In Annex No. 2, In Order To Confirm That The Offered Assortment Is Equivalent To Those Indicated By The Ordering Party As Examples, Is Obliged To Attach To The Offer: A Description Of The Offered Equivalent Products, Including: The Registration Item For Equivalent Products According To Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Their Name, Manufacturers Name And Detailed Characteristics.8. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of A Foreign Language In The Submitted Offer Regarding Proper Names Of Reagents, Materials Or Laboratory Equipment, Names Of Manufacturers, Address Details, Names And Patent Offices And Institutions Based Outside The Borders Of The Republic Of Poland.9. The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Does Not Deprive The Ordering Party Of The Right To Order The Supplies In Question Through Separate Public Procurement Procedures If The Ordering Party Determines That There Is No Interest In Submitting Contractor Offers From Contractors Covered By The Framework Agreement Or In Other Justified Cases.10. The Framework Agreement Will Be Valid From The Date Of Its Conclusion Until April 30, 2028, But No Longer Than Until The Quantity Of The Product Specified Therein Or The Maximum Value Of The Agreement Is Exhausted.11. Deadlines For Completing Partial Orders Are Up To 14 Calendar Days From The Date Of Submission Of The Declaration Referred To In § 4 Section 4 Of The Draft Contract.
