Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Consumables For Office Equipment

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Consumables For Printers And Multifunction Devices, As Well As The Collection And Disposal Of Used And Unnecessary Consumables For The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship Office In Kielce. The Order Will Be Implemented Successively According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Each Time On The Basis Of A Separate Order.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 1A To The Swz And Annex No. 1B To The Swz.3. All Indicated Product Names Should Be Understood As Specifying The Required Technical Parameters Or Quality Standards. Whenever The Procedure Documentation Indicates Trademarks, Product Names, Patents, Origins, Standards, Sources Or Specific Processes Characterizing Specific Products Delivered By A Specific Contractor, If This Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products, It Means That It Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract And That The Contracting Authority Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Contract Using Sufficiently Precise Terms. In Such A Case, The Contracting Authority Pursuant To Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows For The Use Of Equivalent Solutions. By Equivalent Solutions, The Ordering Party Understands Those That At Least Meet The Requirements Specified In The Procedure Documentation, In Particular Those Characterized By Technical Parameters, Quality, Operational And Utility Standards Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.4. In The Case Of Equivalent Equipment, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer That The Functionality Of The Offered Equipment Equivalent To The Equipment Indicated By The Ordering Party Has No Worse Technical Parameters. 5. The Minimum Scope Of Order Fulfillment Is 50%.
