Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Medical Equipment For The Bielsko Emergency Medical Service

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Medical Equipment For The Bielsko Emergency Medical Service For: Part I: Purchase Of Two Defibrillators2. Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Medical Equipment Be Brand New And Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025. 2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Part I Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Form Of Required Parameters (Description Of The Subject Of The Order) To This Specification. 3) The Offered Medical Equipment Must Be Placed On The Market And Used In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1620, As Amended). 4) The Medical Equipment Provided Should Be Unused, Free From Defects, Design And Manufacturing Errors And Other Technical Defects That Could Be Revealed During Their Use.5) The Offered Medical Equipment Must Be Have Approvals, Certificates And Be Registered In Accordance With Legal Regulations Requiring Approvals, Certificates And Registration.6) The Offered Medical Equipment Must Meet The Standards Or Technical Specifications Applicable To This Product;7) The Contractor Will Provide Full Warranty And Post-Warranty Service For The Offered Devices.8) The Contractor Will Provide A Quality Warranty For The Delivered Devices For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance (Confirmed In Writing With The Final Acceptance Protocol), Which Means That If Physical Defects Are Discovered During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Will Immediately Remove Them. Pursuant To Art. 558 Of The Civil Code, The Parties Agree That The Contractors Liability Under The Warranty For Defects Is Extended To A Period Equal To The Period Of The Quality Guarantee Granted.9) In The Case Of Part I (Purchase Of Two Defibrillators) - One Inspection For Each Device Included In The Purchase Price.3. The Offered Medical Equipment Is To Be Delivered To The Ordering Partys Registered Office Within The Time And Manner Specified In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz, In Particular In Accordance With The Contract, The Draft Provisions Of Which Constitute Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 4. Equivalent Solutions: 1) If There Are Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process In The Materials Describing The Subject Of The Order, It Should Be Understood That Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Allows Materials And/Or Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That The Technical, Quality And Operational Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Swz And Do Not Lead To A Change In Technology. 2) Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Act Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials Or Solutions, I.E. With Technical And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Swz Only In Relation To Materials Or Solutions Whose Origin Has Been Determined By
