Tenders Are Invited For Conducting Classes And Workshops For Project Participants Entitled: We Are Integrating In The Gorzków Commune! - Proceedings Repeated In The Scope Of Invalidated Parts
4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Conducting Classes And Workshops For Participants Of The Project Entitled We Are Integrating In The Gorzków Commune! - Proceedings Repeated In The Scope Of The Invalidated Parts, Implemented As Part Of Activities For Social Activation In The Gorzków Commune, Measure 8.9 Social Integration Of People Most In Need Of Support, Priority Viii Increasing Social Cohesion, European Funds For Lublin 2021-2027 Program, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus (Esf+), Contract No. 80/Felu.08.09.-Iz.00-0015/24-00. The Specific Objective Of The Project Is To Support The Social Integration Of People At Risk Of Poverty Or Social Exclusion, Including The Most Needy. The Implementation Of The Order Will Be Carried Out Under The Supervision Of The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Project Financing Agreement, Applicable Guidelines On The Eligibility Of Expenses For 2021-2027, Guidelines On The Implementation Of Projects Under The European Funds For Lubelski 2021-2027, The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law, The Principle Of Efficiency, Rationality And Transparency Of Public Funds Spending. 4.2. The Order Is Divided Into Four Parts, Corresponding To The Scope Of Previously Canceled Parts Of The Order. The Offer For A Given Part Must Include The Implementation Of All Activities Included In This Part 1 - Manual And Artistic Training (Ceramics, Handicrafts, Wickerwork, Floristry, Herbal Workshops, Along With Providing The Necessary Consumables). A Detailed Description Of Each Part Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Opz, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Swz.4.4. The Participants Of The Classes And Workshops Will Be Approximately 70 People, Recruited In Accordance With The Applicable Recruitment Regulations For The Project We Are Integrating In The Gorzków Commune!. They Will Include: - People With Disabilities - 31 (19F, 12M), - People Benefiting From The European Funds Food Aid Program - 6 (4F, 2M), - People Living Alone - 26 (19F, 7M), - People Experiencing Multiple Social Exclusion - 7 (3F, 4M).4.5. The Services Will Be Provided In The Years 2026–2028, In Accordance With The Schedule Established By The Ordering Party And Approved As Part Of The Project Supervision. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Dates Of Classes And Shift The Number Of Hours Between Years Of Order Implementation, Depending On The Needs Of The Project And Material And Financial Progress, While The Total Number Of Hours Planned For A Given Part Of The Order Will Not Change. These Changes Will Not Constitute A Change To Significant Provisions Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of The Pzp And Do Not Constitute A Basis For Changing The Contractors Remuneration.4.6. The Classes Will Take Place In The Village Community Center In Orchowiec And In The Building Of The Library And Cultural Center In Gorzków-Osada. In The Case Of Physical Activities, Classes May Be Held Outside Buildings
