1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Floor On The Ground Floor Of The Building Of The Social Welfare Home In Pleszew, Located At Ul. Malińska 9A.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Determined By: A) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, B) Bill Of Quantities, C) Ground Floor Plan, D) Contract Template, E) This Specification Of Terms Of Contract.3. The Building Is Located At Ul. Malińska 9A In Pleszew, Where The Work Will Be Carried Out, Is Intended For People Addicted To Alcohol. The Works Will Be Performed In An Operational Facility. Residents And Employees Of The Social Welfare Home In Pleszew Will Stay In The Building Throughout The Entire Period Of Work.4. The Contractor Is Responsible For Securing The Area Of ​​Construction Works, Ensuring Order And Tidiness In The Facility Handed Over To Him, As Well As After Completing The Works, Restoring The Facility To Its Original Condition And Repairing Any Damage Incurred During The Works. The Above Requirement Must Be Strictly Respected Due To The Fact That The Employers Facility Will Remain Operational During Renovation Works. The Risk Of Movement Of Residents Of The Social Welfare Home In Pleszew To The Work Site Must Be Absolutely Eliminated And, At The Same Time, Safe Entry And Exit From The Facility Should Be Enabled.5. If It Is Necessary For The Contractors Employees To Enter The Ordering Partys Residential Area, The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party About This Fact. 6. All Products Used To Complete The Order Must Be Of Full Value And Have Valid Quality Certificates, Approval Certificates, Attestations, Safety Mark Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity Or Certificates Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Required By Applicable Regulations.7. The Contractor Should Carry Out The Required Scope Of Works With Due Diligence, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Polish Standards, The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Occupational Health And Safety Law, And Fire Protection Law. And The Principles Of Construction Art.8. The Contractor Is Fully Liable For Any Damage Occurring On The Site Of The Work Being Performed And/Or In Connection With The Work. If Any Damage Occurs Due To The Contractors Fault, He Is Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party And Repair The Damage At His Own Expense And Under His Own Responsibility.
