The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of Four One-Day Trips For Participants Of The Daily Support Center In Nowy Sącz - A Support Center Operating Within The Organizational Structure Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Nowy Sącz, Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Increasing Equal And Quick Access To Good Quality Social Services For Dependent People From The City Of Nowy Sącz Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027 Program: 1) Organization Of A One-Day Trip To Krakow;2) Organization Of A One-Day Trip To An Apiary Farm;3) Organization Of A One-Day Trip To Powroźnik And Muszyna;4) Organization Of A One-Day Trip To Regietowa;2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Contract Template, Annex No. 3 To The Terms Of Reference. The Contract Template Specifies The Quality Standards Set By The Ordering Party, Which Refer To All Essential Features Of The Subject Of The Order.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer For All The Mentioned Trips. If The Contractor Submits An Offer For Not All Trips, It Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5) I.E. Its Content Is Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Value The Entire Subject Of The Order, I.E. The Contractor Is Obliged To Price All 4 One-Day Trips Taking Into Account All The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In This Specification Of Terms Of The Order Together With The Annexes And To Include All Costs For Proper Performance In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Offers For Individual Items Of The Subject Of The Contract - Single One-Day Trips.
