Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A Delivery Van And A Passenger Car For The Needs Of The District Road Authority In Leszno.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Part 1 Of The Subject Of The Order: Delivery Of A Delivery Vehicle For The Needs Of The District Road Authority In Leszno.2. The Car Must Be Brand New, Unused, Technically Efficient, Ready For Use, Free From Physical And Legal Defects That Prevent Or Impede Its Operation In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose (Model Currently Manufactured By The Manufacturer).3. The Required Minimum Technical Parameters Of The Vehicle Are Specified In Annex No. 1A And 1B To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Form Of The Offered Delivery/Passenger Car. 4. The Offered Car Must Meet The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act, Including The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Conditions Technical Specifications Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended).5. The Vehicle Must Be Approved In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including The Road Traffic Law, The Act Of 14 April 2023 On Vehicle Approval Systems And Their Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2023, Item 919, As Amended) Or Commission Implementing Regulation (Eu) 2020/683 Of 15 April 2020 On The Implementation Of The Regulation Of The Parliament European Union And Of The Council (Eu) 2018/858 As Regards The Administrative Requirements For The Approval And Market Surveillance Of Motor Vehicles And Their Trailers, And Of Systems, Components And Separate Technical Units Intended For Those Vehicles. 6. The Car Must Meet The Requirements Of The Cee Euro 6 Directive Regarding Emissions Of Pollutants, Nitrogen Oxides, Particulate Matter And Hydrocarbons In Accordance With Regulation (Ec) No. 715/2007 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 20 June 2007. On The Type-Approval Of Motor Vehicles With Regard To Emissions From Light Passenger And Commercial Vehicles.7. For The Specified Device, The Above-Mentioned Parameters Are Minimum Values, Equipment With Better And Higher Parameters Than Those Specified Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.8. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Delivery Of The Vehicle At The Ordering Partys Own Expense And Risk, At Ul. Energetów 10, 64-100 Leszno.9. Receipt Of Delivery: Place Of Delivery: Zdp Unit: District Roads Authority Square In Leszno, Ul. Energetyki 10 (On Working Days From Monday To Friday From 07.00 To 15.00), The Delivery Will Be Collected By An Employee Indicated By The Ordering Party,10. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Damage Occurring During The Transport Of The Delivered Item.11. The Offered Vehicle Should Meet All Regulations Regarding The Authorizat
