Background Peace Labs has been actively involved in humanitarian relief efforts within the Baalbek-Hermel governorate during the recent conflict. We are seeking a professional videographer or production firm to document our field operations, highlighting the human impact of the intervention and the resilience of the local community under crisis. 2. Scope of Work The consultant will capture the reality of relief distribution and community support in a high-stakes environment. The primary focus is on storytelling through action, moving beyond simple distribution footage to capture the dignity of the recipients and the dedication of the Peace Labs team. 3. Key Deliverables One Short Documentary (35 minutes): A narrative-driven film featuring interviews with beneficiaries, local partners, and Peace Labs staff. It should weave together the "Need," the "Action," and the "Result." Two Social Media Reels (60 seconds each): * Reel 1 (Fast-paced): "Peace Labs in Action"focused on the logistics, movement, and energy of the relief work. Reel 2 (Emotional/Human): "Stories of Resilience"focused on a single beneficiary story or a powerful testimonial. Photography Archive: A high-resolution photo library (min. 50 photos) covering distribution, damaged infrastructure (where relevant for context), and team briefings. 4. Required Content Elements Vox Pops & Testimonials: Interviews conducted in a sensitive, non-exploitative manner. B-Roll: Coverage of logistics (trucks, loading), team meetings, the physical landscape of Baalbek-Hermel, and the actual delivery of aid. Post-Production: Professional color grading (aiming for a warm, hopeful, yet realistic tone), sound design, and subtitling (Arabic and English). 5. Technical & Ethical Requirements Conflict Sensitivity: The consultant must adhere to "Do No Harm" principles, ensuring beneficiaries are treated with dignity and that filming does not put any individual at risk. Consent: Strict adherence to Peace Labs informed consent protocols for all subjects filmed or photographed.
