The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparatory Works; 2) Demolition Works/Repairs, Strengthening, Reconstruction Of The Structure Of An Existing Building (Former Granary And Residential Building); 3) Thermal Modernization Of The Building; 4) Renovation Of The Facade And Roof Of The Building; 5) Works Inside The Building; 6) Electrical, Telecommunications And Sanitary Installations;7) Construction Of Two Sheds - Exhibitions;8) Construction Of A Dugout, A New Point; 9) Installation Of The Bunker (Exhibition); 10) Implementation Of Small Architecture (Park Benches, Garbage Bins, Dog Waste Bins, Solid Waste Yard, Bicycle Rack); 11) Surface Construction; 12) Area Lighting; 13) Fencing; 14) Planting. 3. The Scope Of Works Within The Agreed Remuneration Also Includes: 1) Preparing A General Schedule For The Contract And A Weekly Schedule Presented By The Contractor And Agreeing On The Schedules With The Employer And The Supervision Inspector; 2) Analysis Of The Zone Of Impact Of The Works On The Facilities Adjacent To The Investment, Together With The Development Of A Project For Securing These Facilities And A Method For Monitoring Their Condition During The Execution Of The Works; 3) Carrying Out The Adaptation And Putting The Facility Into Use; 4) The Contractor Undertakes, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, To Organize And Arrange The Construction Facilities And The Construction Site, Along With Ensuring The Necessary Utilities And Their Measurement To Perform The Subject Of The Order; 5) Preparation, Organization, Security And Clean-Up Of The Construction Facilities And The Construction Site After The Completion Of The Investment; 6) After The Completion Of The Works, But Before The Final Acceptance Of The Works By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Construction Site And The Adjacent Area And Restore Them To The Condition They Were In Before The Commencement Of The Works; 7) Ensuring All Utilities Necessary For The Use Of The Investment;8) Commissioning And Checking All Installations And Systems (Including Checking Their Effectiveness In Relation To The Design Assumptions) Constituting The Scope Of The Construction Project, Along With Training The Employers Representatives In Their Operation;9) Conducting Risk Analysis, Including Environmental Ones, Along With Assessing The Consequences And The Probability Of Their Occurrence;10) Performing Warranty Inspections And Warranty Repairs During The Warranty Period;11) Carrying Out All Legally Required Tests And Tests, And Submit Their Results, Permits, Attestations And Certificates Together With The Application For Final Acceptance (If Applicable);12) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With Construction Practice, Applicable Regu
