1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Fire Alarm System On Floors: 2Nd, 1St And Ground Floor, Together With The Construction Of An Ssp Control Panel In Building B As Part Of The Investment: Fire Protection And Health And Safety Protection In The Complex Of Buildings A And B Of The Wielkopolska Provincial Office In Poznań.2. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works And The Method Of Their Implementation Were Specified In The Design Documentation, Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification Of Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Which Constitute Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 3. In Order To Maintain The Confidentiality Of Information Contained In The Design Documentation (Annex No. 4.2), The Ordering Party, Pursuant To The Provisions Of Art. 280 Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, Does Not Make It Available On The Website. The Documents Are Collected After The Contractor Submits The Data To The Confidentiality Agreement And Signs It - Annex No. 7 To The Swz).4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities But Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order In The Offered Order Price.5. All Materials Used To Complete The Order Must Be Of Full Value And Have Valid Quality Certificates, Approval Certificates, Safety Mark Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity Or Certificates Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Required By Applicable Regulations.6. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes In Which The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. If The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 4 To The Swz) Includes The Names Of Materials, Products Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers, This Should Be Treated Only As A Definition Of The Desired Standard And Quality. In All Such Situations, The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Materials, Products Or Devices With At Least The Same Parameters. Product Equivalence Means Offering A Product Whose Technical Parameters Of The Materials Used Are At Least The Same As Those Described In The Swz. 7. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions Only In Terms Of System Elements, Provided That They Are Fully Compatible With The Existing Ssp System And Ensure Proper Cooperation Of All Its Elements. It Is Not Allowed To Use Solutions That Require Replacement Or Reconstruction Of The Existing Part Of The Ssp System.8. If An Equivalent Solution Is Offered, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate The Equivalence Of The Solutions Used, I.E. Prove/Demonstrate In The Offer That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. At The Stage Of Work Implementation, The Contractor Will Use The Materials Indicated In The Offer, Prepared On The Basis Of The Documents Listed In Sec
