The Subject Of The Order Includes The Design And Installation Of Acoustic Diffractors On Existing Acoustic Screen Structures Located Along The A1 Motorway In The Indicated Locations Of The Section F Rząsawa Junction (With Junction) - Blachowania Junction (With Junction). As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: A) Develop Formal And Design Documentation To The Extent Consistent With The Requirements Specified In The Program Functional And Utility With All Design Studies And Arrangements Necessary To Prepare This Documentation, Along With Obtaining Legally Required Decisions, Permits, Opinions, Conditions, Arrangements, As Well As Other Documents Necessary To Report Construction Works To The Competent Architectural And Construction Administration Body On The Basis Of An Appropriate Power Of Attorney, B) Perform Construction Works With Due Diligence On The Basis Of Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And With Respect For The Provisions Contained In The Obtained Decisions, Permits, Conditions, Opinions And Arrangements And Other Documents Related To The Construction Process For The Works Being Carried Out, Along With The Exercise Of Authors Supervision During The Execution Of The Works On The Basis Of The Developed Design Documentation. 2.
