1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Existing Helipad Wieluń-Szpital H-625 At The Hospital Emergency Department Of Spzoz In Wieluń In Order To Adapt The Helipad To The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Regarding The Hospital Emergency Department. 2. The Reconstruction Will Consist In Comprehensive Performance Of All Construction, Assembly And Installation Works Based On The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Held By The Ordering Party. In Addition, The Scope Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Updating The Operational Manual, Rescue Plan And Obtaining A Positive Opinion Of The Air Ambulance Service And The Institution Providing Air Traffic Services (Pansa) In The Field Of Air Traffic Management; 2) Carrying Out The Updating Procedure At The Civil Aviation Office (Updating The Registration Documentation Of The Landing Field Together With Conducting Proceedings Before The President Of The Civil Aviation Office); 3) Preparing Instructions For The Operation And Maintenance Of All Newly Installed Devices In Polish Language, And Training Of Future Staff;4) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation In All Industries (Including Protocols, Approval Certificates, Approvals, Information On The Granted Warranty And Dtr) And As-Built Geodetic Inventory;5) Service During The Warranty Period Granted By The Contractor
