1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Task Called Construction Of A Section Of The Road Of Ul. Górnośląska (Side) In Mikołów On The Section From Ul. Górnośląska (Main, Dg 380405S) To Be Incorporated Into The Existing Dirt Road, Located On A Municipal Plot, Which Does Not Constitute An Internal Road.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Activities: 1) Development Of A Map For Design Purposes Preceded By Updating Geodetic Map Bases And An Inventory Of Ground And Underground Utility Networks; 2) Obtaining An Extract And Outline From The Local Development Plan (If Necessary); 3) Obtaining Extracts From The Land And Building Register; 4) Determining Collisions And Obtaining Technical Conditions For The Reconstruction And Protection Of Existing Land Development Networks; 5) Carrying Out Research And Drillings Aimed At Developing The Necessary Geotechnical Documentation (Documentation Of Ground Tests Together With A Geotechnical Opinion And A Geotechnical Design) Allowing For The Correct Assessment Of The Geotechnical Conditions Of The Ground And The Design Of The Surface Structure;6) Preparation Of A Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design And A Technical Design In 4 Copies In Paper And Electronic Versions On A Magnetic Medium In Pdf And Editable Dwg And Doc Formats, Taking Into Account In Particular: A) Design Side Section Of The Street Górnośląska In Mikołów, Constituting A Municipal Road, Class D, With A Total Length Of Approx. 540.0 M; B) Designing The Road Surface Structure, Traffic Category Kr3; C) Designing Drainage Via Storm Sewage And/Or Surface Drainage, Using Longitudinal And Transverse Slopes To Adjacent Areas; D) Designing Street Lighting In Led Technology; E) Designing A Service Channel; F) Designing The Reconstruction And Protection Of Existing Utility Networks Area Based On The Technical Conditions Issued By The Owners Or Administrators Of These Networks; G) Inventory Of Existing Greenery Along With A Plan For Cutting Down Greenery And A Plan For Replacement Plantings (If Necessary); H) Designing Road Greenery In The Form Of Lawns And Plantings (Regardless Of The Need To Make Any Replacement Plantings) Along The Designed Section Of The Street Along With The Use Of Existing Trees (If Possible);7) Obtaining All Arrangements, Opinions, Permits And Decisions Required By Regulations, Necessary To Implement The Construction Project, In Particular: A) A Valid Decision On The Environmental Conditions Of The Consent To Implement The Project, Or The Position Of The Competent Authority That It Is Not Necessary To Obtain It; B) A Valid Decision On A Water Permit Or Submitting A Water Law Notification (If Necessary); C) Arrangements For The Reconstruction And Protection Of Existing Land Utilities Networks Issued By The Owners Or Managers Of These Networks; D) Minutes Of The Coordination Meeting On The Location Of The Planned Networks Development Of The Area; E)
