1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building With The Necessary Technical And Road Infrastructure In Świecie, Ul. Bolesława Chrobrego For The Secular Society Of Social Construction, 86-100 Świecie Ul. Kościuszki 9. Building Category Xiii.2. Location:86-100 Świecie, Ul. Bolesław The Brave, Plot No. 101/25 And No. 101/26 Rev. 0013. Basic Dimensions Of The Facility: - Building Area - 684.46 M2 - Usable Area - 3221.93 M2 - Volume - 8692.71 M34. The Designed Building Will Be Partly 4-Story And Partly 5-Story With One Underground Floor. On Floor 1 There Are 8 Apartments And A Room For Wheelchairs/Bicycles. On Floors 2, 3 And 4 There Are 9 Apartments Each. On Floor 5 There Are 5 Apartments And A Gas Boiler Room. A Total Of 40 Apartments Were Designed. The Layout Of The Apartments On Each Floor Is The Same. Each Apartment Is Equipped With A Balcony Of Various Sizes. On The Underground Floor There Are: - Storage Rooms, 1 Cell Per Apartment, - A Room For Water Meters, - A Technical Room, - A Room For A Cleaning Lady, - Garage Spaces For 8 Cars With Fire-Fighting Vestibules. From The Area Of Storage Rooms And Garage Spaces (Through The Corridor) There Are Exits To The Staircase And To The Passenger Lift. Mixed Building Structure: Partly Made Of Reinforced Concrete. Slab-And-Column Structure, Partly Brick.5.
