Designed Area Combined Building With A Shelter Is 300.7 M² - Development Area, Area. Usable Area With A Shelter - 275.2 M2, Volume 1185.5 M3. Słowackiego 1A, 87-800 Włocławek Information Regarding The Work: Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On An Active Facility! Separate Access To The Construction Site Will Be Provided. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Preparatory Works - Tree Cutting - Macroniwelation B) General Construction And Electrical Industry - Earthworks - Foundations - Steel Structure Of The Hall - Subfloors And Floors - Covering Roof - Reconstruction Of Walls - Joinery - Insulation And Internal Casing - Chimney - Trim - Electrical Installations (Including: Sswin, Cctv) - Hardeningc) Installation Works (In Particular: Water Supply)2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of Work And The Method Of Their Implementation Are Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, Including: 1) Construction Designs (Annex No. 8); 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Stwior (Annex No. 9); 3) Additionally, Bills Of Quantities (Annex No. 10); The Basis For Preparing The Offer Cost Estimate, Which Will Constitute An Annex To The Contract, Is The Design Documentation (Annex No. 8, 9 And 10 To Swz). Attention! An Inventory Of The Project Was Made In Terms Of Compliance With The List Of Devices That Will Be Installed In The Building.
