1. Adaptation Of The Premises Of The Center For The Activation Of Culture, Sports And Tourism In Lipusz To The Needs Of An Emergency Shelter Together With A Spare Control Station (Guaranteed Part). The Subject Of The Investment Is: • Development Of A Multi-Sector Construction And Executive Design For The Premises Of The Center For The Activation Of Culture, Sports And Tourism In Lipusz (Caksit) Along With Changing The Use Of The Underground Floor As A Place Of Emergency Shelter (Mds), Ensuring The Possibility Of Temporary Shelter For The Population In Emergency Situations: If Required From The Perspective Of Construction Law, The Contractor Will Develop Construction Designs And Obtain The Necessary Arrangements, Permits And Administrative Decisions. In Addition, The Contractor Will Be Responsible For:• Designing A Multifunctional Space Enabling Everyday Use (Caksit), And In Emergency Situations Adapting It To A Place Of Emergency Shelter• Developing Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Consents And Permits (Including A Building Permit),• Carrying Out Construction And Installation Works Leading To The Transformation Of The Underground Floor Of The Center For Activation Of Culture, Sports And Tourism In Lipusz Into A Place Fulfilling Protective Functions, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Ministry Of Interior And Administration Of July 9, 2025 On The Conditions For Organizing And Requirements To Be Met By Places Of Emergency Shelter (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 932), Consisting Of: Making A Hole For The Door To The Emergency Exit (2M2) Demolishing Floors For Groundwater Drainage Channels (22M2) Constructing A Toilet Room 0/3 (Min. 5 M2) Construction Of An Emergency Exit From The Eastern Side Of The Building, Room 0/5 With A Toilet, Room 0/4 With A Total Area (Min. 40 M2) Construction Of Other Mds Rooms: - Room 0/1 (16.28 M2): - Room 0/2 (39.25 M2) - Room 0/6 With A Kitchenette And Staircase (46.47 M2) The Total Area Of The Mds Rooms Is Min. 147.8 M2• Execution Of The Necessary Installations: Electrical Installations Together With The Installation Of A Backup Power Source, Video Monitoring, Water And Sewage, Ventilation And Central Heating,• Adaptation Of The Space To The Safety Standards And Requirements Set (Mds), Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Fire Protection And The Principles Of Accessibility For People With Special Needs,• Adaptation Of The Space To The Safety Standards And Requirements For Places Of Emergency Shelter In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Civil Protection And Defense Program Civil Detailed Information Regarding The Subject Of The Order Is Also Included In: Annex No. 1 - Functional And Utility Program Adaptation Of The Premises Of The Culture, Sports And Tourism Activation Center In Lipusz For The Needs Of An Emergency Shelter Together With A Backup Control Station.
