The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Ul. Kościuszki No. 119226D In Kudowa-Zdrój In Accordance With The Attached Documentation Entitled: Modernization Of Kościuszki And Pstrążna Streets From The Border Crossing In Czermna To The Border Crossing In Pstrążna The Scope Of Works In Particular Includes: • Demolition Of The Existing Road Structures And Their Elements In The Road, • Reconstruction Of A Road With Different Road Widths Depending On Terrain Conditions; • Construction Of Drainage Roads With The Construction Of Storm Sewage;• Construction Of Sidewalks;• Construction Of A New Exit Structure; • Construction Of A New Asphalt Road Structure - Sectional Replacement Of The Full Road Structure And Sectional Re-Graining Of The Existing Road Structure; • Construction Of Road Shoulders; • Cleaning Of Existing Ditches, Adjustment Of The Grading Of Ditches And Strengthening Of Slopes; • Reconstruction Of Existing Culverts Under The Road, Reconstruction Of Culverts Under Exits Along The Route Of Roadside Ditches; • Construction Of New Road Inlets And Replacement Of Existing Road Inlets With New Ones; • Renovation Of Existing Bridge Structures In Terms Of Sidewalks, Surfaces And Traffic Safety Elements; • Replacement Of Energy-Absorbing Barriers And Balustrades; • Construction Of Road Lighting; • Elimination Of Conflicts With The Existing Telecommunications Network And Obtaining All Industry Agreements; • Removal Of Bushes And Trees That Interfere With The Designed Solutions; • Correction Of The Height Of Retaining Walls; • Height Adjustment Of Wells, Valves And Inlets; • Construction And Introduction Of Temporary Traffic Organization; • Introduction Of Permanent Traffic Organization - On The Basis Of The Permanent Traffic Organization Design, The Contractor Will Purchase And Install Vertical Markings And Make Thick-Layer Horizontal Markings; • Tidying Up The Area. Due To The Need To Maintain Architectural And Visual Uniformity Of Lighting, The Ordering Party Requires That Poles, Booms And Street Fixtures Refer In Shape And Style To The Existing Ones Located On The Street. Kościuszki. Task Implemented Under The Government Road Development Fund. The Investment Is Located In The Lower Silesian Voivodeship, Kłodzko County, In The Kudowa-Zdrój Commune. The Result Of All Construction Works Will Be Civil Engineering Structures That May Independently Fulfill An Economic Or Technical Function. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Constructed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annexes To This Contract And The Terms Of The Concluded Contract.
