The Subject Of The Order Is: Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Delivery And Replacement Of A Passenger Lift In The Office And Training Building Of The National Labor Inspectorate Training Center Used By The District Labor Inspectorate In Wrocław.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out As Part Of The Ordering Partys Investment Entitled: Replacement Of A Passenger Lift In The Office And Training Building Of The National Labor Inspectorate Training Center Used By The District Labor Inspectorate In Wrocław, Consisting In: 1) Performance Of Construction Works By The Contractor In Order To Replace The Passenger Lift With A New One, 2) Performance Of Free Warranty Inspections Of The Passenger Lift By The Contractor During The Warranty Period Of The Device. 3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed At The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, I.E. In The Office And Training Building Of The Pip Training Center In Wrocław, Ul. M. Kopernika 5, 51-622 Wrocław - On The Side Used By Oip Wrocław (Entrance From Ul. Zielonego Dębu No. 22).4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In Accordance With: 1) Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract, Which Includes: A) Detailed Design For The Construction Industry, B) Technical Design, C) Detailed Design For The Electrical Industry, D) Specification Of The Technical Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), E) Bill Of Quantities; 2) Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Contract; 3) Time And Material Schedule Prepared By Contractor (Hereinafter: Schedule) Referred To In § 7 Section 1 Point 4) Of The Contract;4) The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law, Applicable Standards, Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, Technical And Construction Regulations, Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And The Applicable Law In Force In The Republic Of Poland.5. The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Contract Is For Informational Purposes Only. After Reviewing The Design Documentation And Other Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine The Scope Of Work Necessary To Achieve The Agreed Result.6. The Assembled Passenger Lift With All Components And Elements Is To Be Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2025, Technically Efficient, Safe, Complete And Ready For Operation.7. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Made By The Contractor Entirely From Its Materials, And For All Materials Used, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have: Approvals, Certificates, Technical Approvals Or Permits For Their Use In Construction And Present Them At Each Request Of The Ordering Party.8. Under The Subject Matter Of The Agreement, The Contractor Is Obliged To Dispose Of The Dismantled Elevator Car Along With Other Devices And Components At The Contractors Expense And Risk.9. The Ordering Party Allows The Works To Be Carried Out From 07:00 To 20:00 From Monday To Friday And, After Prior Arr
