The Subject Of The Agreement Is Co-Financed Under The Project Mazovia Without Smog Implemented Under Priority Ii European Funds For The Green Development Of Mazovia For Measure 2 (I) Support For Energy Efficiency And Greenhouse Gas Reduction Of The European Funds For Mazovia For 2021-2027.3. The Estimated Number Of Planned Audits In 2026 Is: 90 Pieces. The Final Number Of Audits Ordered Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party Or The Amount Of Funds Available In The Budget. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Scope Of The Order. In The Event Of A Reduction, The Scope May Be Reduced By A Maximum Of 30 Audits.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Obligations And Rights Of The Contractor Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
