Tenders Are Invited For Safe Commune In Cyberspace - Delivery Of It Equipment As Part Of The Cybersafe Local Government Grant Competition For The City And Commune Office Of Lądek-Zdrój

1. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Hardware And Software Indicated In This Document, As Well As To Install And Configure Them In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Section Implementation Of The Provided Solutions Together With Training.2. General Requirements For The Supplied Hardware And Software: A. All Hardware And Software Supplied Must Come From A Legal Source, Be Placed On The Market In The Territory Of The European Union In Accordance With The Law And Cannot Be Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties.B. The Offered Devices Must Be Brand New, Unused, Delivered In Original Packaging. It Is Unacceptable To Deliver Repaired (Refurbished) Equipment From Dismantling Or Exhibition. The Equipment Must Come From The Manufacturers Current Production And Cannot Be End Of Sale Or Support Status (So-Called End Of Sale / End Of Life) On The Date Of Delivery. C. The Supplied Software And Operating System Licenses Must Be New, Not Previously Used And Not Activated On Other Devices (The Contractor Will Provide License Documents Issued To The Ordering Party). D. The Equipment Must Be Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty Provided In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland.E. The Warranty Must Be Provided Directly By The Device Manufacturer Or Its Authorized Service Facility (So-Called On-Site Warranty At The Ordering Party). F. Warranty Services Must Be Provided Regardless Of The Contractors Legal Situation, In Particular In The Event Of Cessation Of Business Or Insolvency Of The Contractor.G. The Contractor Declares That The Use Of The Delivered Products By The Ordering Party In Accordance With Their Intended Use Will Not Infringe The Intellectual Property Rights Or Copyrights Of Third Parties.H. The Offer Price Included In The Offer Form Must Include All Costs Related To The Execution Of The Order, Including The Costs Of License, Transport, Insurance During Transport, Bringing It To The Indicated Room Of The Ordering Party, As Well As Installation And Implementation Costs.I. Delivery Will Be Made To The Indicated Locations Of The Ordering Party On Working Days, Between 8:00 A.M. And 2:00 P.M., After Prior Arrangement Of The Date With The Ordering Party.
