4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Equipment And Software Increasing Cybersecurity As Part Of The Cybersecurity Of The Piszczac Commune Project. 4.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: Delivery Of It Equipment With Software And Technical Support, Which Includes: − Purchase Of A Generator For The Ug Building And Its Installation, Ats System, Warranty And Technical Support - 1 Piece; − 10 Kva Ups For The Ug Server Room, Installation, Warranty, Technical Support - 1 Piece; − Purchase Of Software For Monitoring And Managing The It Network - 1 Piece; − 48-Port Managed Switches - 2 Art. Moreover: − The Supplied Hardware And Software Must Be Free From Legal And Physical Defects And Show No Signs Of Use. − The Supplied Hardware And Software Must Be Brand New, Come From The Manufacturers Official Sales Channel For The Polish Market, Come From Mass Production, Taking Into Account The Configuration Options Provided By The Manufacturer For The Offered Hardware And Software Model. − Prototype Products Are Not Allowed, Devices Stored For A Long Time Or Devices Coming From Manufacturers Sales Programs Are Not Allowed. Devices Cannot Be Included In The Manufacturers End-Of-Sale, End-Of-Support, End-Of-Life List. - The Required Number And Arrangement (Outside The Housing) Of Any Ports Cannot Be Achieved By Using Converters, Adapters, Etc., And The Use Of Any External Adapters Or Converters Is Not Allowed. − All Devices Will Be Powered Directly From The 230V Network. − The Contractor Will Ensure Delivery To The Indicated Location At The Ordering Partys Headquarters. − The Contractor Is Responsible For Configuring Physical And Logical Connections, Connecting And Configuring Devices For Operation, Allowing For The Commencement Of Work, And Providing The Appropriate Number Of Power And Connection Cables To Prepare The Ordered Equipment For Operation. − The Contractor Is Obliged To Configure The Ordered Equipment In Consultation With The Ordering Party. − Installation Works Can Only Be Carried Out On Dates Agreed With The Ordering Party. − The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit As-Built Documentation, Including In Particular All Access Data To Devices And Software That Will Be Used During The Installation And Configuration Of Hardware And Software. − For The Supply Of It Equipment With Software, The Ordering Party Requires Brand New Software (Never Used Before), In A Version With A Certificate Of Authenticity For Each License, Provided That The Manufacturer Of The Offered Software Uses Certificates Of Authenticity. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Brand New Software (Including The Operating System) That Is Unused And Has Never Been Activated On Another Device Before And Comes From A Legal Sales Source. In The Case Of Software, The Hologram Sticker Should Be Protected Against The Possibility Of Reading The Key Using Security Measures Used By The Manufacturer, Provided That The Manufacturer Of The Offered Software Uses Such Security Mea
