The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Design Of The Subject Of The Order; 2) Delivery, Assembly/Installation In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party And Putting The Subject Of The Order Into Operation;3) Granting An Indefinite License For An Application To Operate A Guidance System Based On Qr Codes (Dynamic) And Transfer Of Copyright To Works Created In The Course Of Performing The Subject Of The Contract;4) Granting A Full Warranty For The Period Indicated In The Offer, Counted From The Date Of Putting The Subject Of The Order Into Operation (For The Period Indicated In The Offer, Not Less Than 24 Months);5) Conducting Training On The Operation And Basic Maintenance Of The Subject Of The Order For Staff The Ordering Party, Within The Time Agreed With The Ordering Party.
