Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Devices, Licenses And Software And Conducting Specialized Training As Part Of The Cybersafe Local Government Grant In The Węgorzewo Commune
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Delivery, Installation, Configuration And Launch Of Ict Infrastructure To Increase The Level Of Cybersecurity Of The Ordering Party As Part Of The Implementation Of The Cybersecure Local Government Project. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Supply Of It Equipment, Software, Licenses And The Provision Of Implementation And Training Services For It Administrators. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver And Launch Network Security Systems, Including A Utm Class Device, An E-Mail Protection System, A Central Log Collection And Analysis System, A Network Access Control System (Nac), Anti-Virus Software For Workstations, Backup Software, As Well As Hardware Infrastructure Including A High-Availability Platform Consisting Of Servers And A Disk Array With A Virtualization System And The Required Access Licenses. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Supply Of Network Infrastructure Elements, Including Network Switches, Wireless Access Points, Ups Emergency Power Supplies For Workstations And Mobile Tokens Intended To Implement Two-Factor Authentication Mechanisms. 3. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Fully Implement The Provided Solutions, Including Installation, Configuration, Integration With The Ordering Partys Existing It Infrastructure, Commissioning Of The Systems, Performance Tests And Preparation Of Post-Implementation Documentation. The Order Also Includes Specialized Training For The Ordering Partys It Administrators In The Field Of Configuration, Management, Monitoring And Response To Security Incidents In Relation To The Implemented Systems.4. All Delivered Devices And Software Must Be Brand New, Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channel And Meet The Technical Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.5. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Provide A Manufacturers Warranty, Access To Software Updates And Provide Technical And Post-Implementation Support To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Implemented Systems.6. Detailed Technical And Functional Requirements For Individual Elements Of The Order Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
