The Contractor May Offer Hardware/Software With Higher Parameters Than Those Specified In The Technical Specification. The Required Functionality Of The Offered Device Cannot Be Obtained By Using Various Types Of Adapters, Splitters, Etc., Unless The Ordering Party Allows Such A Solution.2.The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Of Full Value, Free From Defects And Damage, Without Prior Use.3. Other Conditions In Accordance With Swz With Annexes.
