Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Washing And Disinfection Service For Hospital Underwear And Clothing Along With The Rental Of Linen And Washable Pillows

The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide The Ordering Party With Comprehensive Laundry Services For Underwear And Protective Clothing, Including The Lease Of Underwear In The Rfid System - Contactless Underwear Monitoring, And The Lease Of Approximately 200 Washable Pillows. The Estimated Amount Of Washing During The Term Of The Contract Is: • Approx. 56,000 Kg Of Washing Linen Owned By The Ordering Party, • Approx. 90,000 Kg Of Washing Linen Leased From The Contractor, • Approx. 1,000 Pieces Of Washing Protective Clothing Owned By The Ordering Party, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Increasing The Order To 10% Of The Quantity Of The Basic Order On The Basis Of Option Rights. The Ordering Party Will Notify The Contractor Of Its Intention To Exercise The Option Right During The Term Of The Contract. However, The Option Right Does Not Constitute An Obligation From Which The Contractor Would Be Entitled To A Claim Against The Ordering Party. The Comprehensive Laundry Service Will Be Provided In Accordance With: A) Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements For Disinfection And Washing Processes Depending On The Type Of Laundry Assortment, The Degree Of Its Dirtiness And Contamination, In Particular The Requirements For Laundry Rooms With A Hygienic Barrier, I.E. Mechanical And Functional Division Into Dirty And Clean Zones; Hygiene Procedures, The Possibility Of Taking Swabs Of Clean Underwear; B) Technology And Conditions Applicable In Health Care Facilities, Strictly Observing In This Respect The Orders And Recommendations Of The Chief Sanitary Inspector And The National Institute Of Hygiene [Pzh], C) The Act On Preventing And Combating Infections And Infectious Diseases In Humans Of December 5, 2008 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1675, As Amended);1. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Performance Of The Laundry Service In Terms Of Quality And Compliance With Sanitary Requirements For Control Authorities, In Particular The State Sanitary Inspection [Pis] And The National Labor Inspectorate [Pip]. The Contractor Must Have A Positive Opinion Of Pis For The Provision Of Laundry Services And A Positive Opinion Of This Authority In Terms Of Meeting The Sanitary Conditions Of The Means Of Transport By Which The Contractor Will Collect And Deliver Individual Batches Of Laundry. During The Execution Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Require The Contractor To Present Microbiological Tests Of The Cleanliness Of Washed Linen Once A Quarter. 2. The Comprehensive Laundry Service For Hospital Underwear And Clothing, Which Is The Subject Of This Order, Includes, Depending On The Type Of Entrusted Laundry Assortment: Disinfection, Laundry, Chemical Cleaning, Starching, Drying, Ironing, Ironing, Current Repairs, Segregation And Packaging.
