Estimated Number Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order: A) Felling Of Trees: - Need To Use A Lift Up To 20 M High - 40 Pcs., - Need To Use A Lift Above 20 M High - 30 Pcs., - Without The Use Of A Lift - 15 Pcs., B) Stump Milling - 20 Pcs., C) Sanitary And Care Treatments: - The Need To Use A Lift Up To 20 M High - 40 Pcs., - The Need To Use A Lift Above 20 M High - 30 Pieces, - Without Using A Lift - 15 Pieces; D) Crushing Branches, Trunks And Tree Fragments Using A Chipper - 30 Hours.3. The Contractors Obligations Include: A) Performing Services With The Utmost Care, Using Specialized Equipment, Including A Signal Trailer And Shredder/Chipper-Type Devices, By Persons With The Authorizations Required By Law, Including Road Traffic Management, And With Appropriate Knowledge And Technical Experience, In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, Standards And Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, In Particular In The Field Of Felling And Tree Care, As Well As In Accordance With The Guidelines And Orders Of The Ordering Party, B) Timely And Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Provision Of Services Related To The Grinding Of Branches, Trunks And Tree Fragments, Including: Delivery Of Machines To The Site Of Work, Loading Of Raw Material Onto A Chipper, Shredding Of Waste, Securing Fuel For Machines, Operation Of Machines And Tidying Up The Area After Completed Works, C) Ensuring Proper Security Of The Site Of Works In Terms Of Safety, Including In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, D) Securing The Area Covered By The Works Throughout The Period Of Their Implementation, In Particular By Placing Them In The Required Places And In An Appropriate Number Of Information And Warning Boards. If Work Is Carried Out In The Road, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain The Required Permits And Comply With All Procedures Related To The Occupation Of The Road.
