Tenders Are Invited For Drug Delivery

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Medicines, The Detailed Description, Range And Estimated Quantities Of Which Are Included In The Assortment And Price Form Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 2. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, In Quantity And Range In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Partial Orders, Within A Maximum Of 48 Hours From Placing The Order By Fax, Telephone Or E-Mail By The Ordering Party.3. Emergency Deliveries Will Be Delivered Within 24 Hours Maximum.4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver The Ordered Assortment At His Own Expense To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party.5. The Ordering Party Emphasizes That The Quantities Given In The Product And Price Form Are The Estimated Demand For The Duration Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Use Only Partial Quantities Of The Product. The Ordering Party Will Use 80% Of The Quantity Of Products Specified In The Task. The Remaining 20% ​​Of The Quantity Of Products Will Be Used By The Ordering Party If Necessary. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Damages Against The Ordering Party For Not Using The Full Quantity Of The Product. 6. In The Event Of A Change In The Demand For A Given Product Range, The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Changing The Contract By Way Of An Annex To The Contract In Terms Of Changing The Quantity Of The Product Range Between The Items In The Package In The Event That The Quantity Specified In The Swz Is Not Used.7. If It Is Impossible To Make Deliveries Due To The Discontinuation Of Production Of A Given Drug During The Term Of The Contract And The Lack Of Substitutes On The Market, The Contractor Must Present Current Documents Confirming This Fact. These Documents Must Be Issued By The Drug Manufacturer.8. For International Names, Provide The Trade Name Of The Drug. For Individual Assortment Items, Please Provide The Name Of The Manufacturer Of The Offered Drug.9. Medicines Constituting The Subject Of The Order Should Be Understood As Medicinal Products Within The Meaning Of The Pharmaceutical Law Act Of September 6, 2001 (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 750, As Amended) And Meeting The Requirements Specified Therein.10. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Medicinal Products Be Admitted To Marketing In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland In Accordance With The Principles Specified In The Pharmaceutical Law Act.
