1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Vegetables And Fruit To The Stołówka Catering Facility Located At Ul. Wspólna 4, 46-081 Dobrzeń Wielki. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Product Specification, Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Opz And Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Contract Template. The Quantities Given In Annex 1A Are Estimates And The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Purchase Products In These Quantities.2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Complete The Subject Of The Order With A Value Of Up To 50% Of The Total Gross Remuneration Resulting From The Contractors Offer. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Financial Or Legal Claims Due To The Ordering Partys Failure To Complete Part Of The Order.3. Delivery, Unloading And Bringing The Subject Of The Order To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Partys Representative Will Be Carried Out At The Contractors Expense, Included In The Price Of The Products Covered By The Public Procurement Contract.4.
