That, The Civil Registry And Identification Service, In Compliance With Its Functions And In Accordance With Article 7 Of Law No. 19,903, Is Obliged To Publish In Extract The Resolutions Issued By The Regional Directors That Grant, Rectify Or Modify The Effective Possession Of The Inheritance, In A Regional Newspaper Corresponding To The Region Where The Process Began, In Order To Expand The Informative Scope Of The Public Acts That Produce Effects On The People. 5. That The Metropolitan Regional Directorate Of This Service, In Order To Comply With The Obligation Indicated In The Previous Recital, Has Deemed It Necessary To Contract The Services Of Publishing Extracts Of Effective Possessions, In A Newspaper Of Regional Circulation, On The 1St And 15Th Of Each Month Or On The Following Business Day, If These Fall On A Saturday, Sunday Or Holiday.
