Procurement Plan for MXDR Cybersecurity Incident Response Tender Ministry of Finance Announcement The Ministry of Finance announces its procurement plan for fiscal year 2026-2027, including tenders, practices, and contracts to be issued in accordance with Article 88 of Law No. 49 of 2016 concerning Public Tenders. The Ministry of Finance is pleased to announce its annual plan for supply, contracting, and service contracts with an estimated value exceeding 75,000 Kuwaiti Dinars for fiscal year 2026-2027, as per the attached schedules of tenders, practices, and contracts to be issued in accordance with Article 88 of Law No. 49 of 2016 concerning Public Tenders, as amended by Law No. 74 of 2019 and its executive regulations issued by Decree No. 30 of 2017.
