Tenders are invited for Preparation of Cloud Security Policies and Procedures Documents Price: KD 75/-. The bidder must also attach the following documents to the bid: 1. A copy of the commercial registration certificate. 2. A copy of the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry certificate. 3. A copy of the company registration receipt from the Kuwait Investment Authority. 4. A copy of the certificate confirming compliance with the national workforce quota, valid for one year. 5. A copy of the registration receipt from the Central Agency for Public Tenders. 6. A copy of the tender purchase receipt. 7- The technical bid must be accompanied by an initial bid bond in the form of a certified check or a letter of guarantee issued by a bank authorized in the State of Kuwait in favor of the Kuwait Investment Authority. This bond must be unconditional and valid for at least (90) days from the bid submission deadline. 8- A certificate of payment of contributions to the Public Institution for Social Security, as stipulated in Article (95) of the Social Security Law, must be attached. 9- A valid certificate issued by the Public Authority for Manpower, confirming that the bidders file is not subject to any restrictions on government contracts registered with the private sector, must be attached.
