Ensuring The Kbi Management Process And Defining Its Form, 2. Determining The Scope Of Kybez Management And The Definition Of The Raci Matrix Of Obligations Of The Regulated Service Provider, 3. Ensuring The Basic Prerequisites For Managing Kybez, 4. Creating Security Documentation And Policies, 5. Creating Documentation For Managing The Continuity Of Activities, 6. Ensuring Training Of Employees, Management And Professional Roles (Hereinafter Referred To As Documentation Or Documentation), Including The Continuous Updating Of Documentation (To Ensure Compliance With Valid Legal Regulations In The Field Of Cyber Security), For The Duration Of The Provision Of Technical Support Services For The Software, As Well As The Provision Of Continuous Security Supervision (Soc) Services - Hereinafter Referred To As Soc And The Services Of A Natural Person Authorized To Act On Behalf Of A Regulated Service Provider In Matters Pursuant To Act No. 264/2025 Coll. On Cyber Security (Hereinafter Referred To As Authorized Person And Act 264/2025 Coll. On Cyber Security Hereinafter Referred To As Zokb), For A Period Of Three (3) Years From The Deployment Of Productive Operation Of The Sw. The Supplier Is Obliged, At His Own Expense, To Secure All Hardware (Hereinafter Referred To As Hw) Necessary For The Provision And Operation Of The Soc Within The Specified Scope For The Proper Provision Of The Soc; It Is A Hw Supplier, Not A Hw Supply To The Client. The Client Will Provide The Supplier With The Necessary Cooperation To Place The Hw In Question At The Clients Premises. Place Of Performance: Litoměřice, Principals Seat Fulfillment Time: Within Three (3) Months From The Effective Date Of The Agreement • Delivery, Installation And Implementation Of Sw, Including Enabling The Start Of Sw Test Operation (All Of This Hereinafter Referred To As Sw Implementation), (Testing As Part Of Test Operation Is Performed By The Client) • Submission Of A Draft Complete Documentation For Comments To The Contracting Authority; The Contracting Authority Is Authorized To Carry Out Test Operation Of The Sw For A Period Of One (1) Month From The Date Of Sw Implementation, The Contracting Authority Has One (1) Month From The Date Of Submission Of The Draft Documentation For Comments On The Draft Documentation As Part Of The Sw Test Operation Within One (1) Month From The Date Of Sw Implementation, Administrator Training; Within Fifteen (15) Days From The Date Of Termination Of The Test Operation By The Client, The Start (Deployment) Of The Productive Operation Of The Sw And The Handing Over Of The Documentation For The Sw; Within Fifteen (15) Days From The Date Of The Clients Comments On The Draft Documentation, The Handing Over Of The Final Complete Documentation; From The Deployment Of The Productive Operation Of The Sw, The Provision Of A Perpetual License To The Sw; From The Deployment Of Productive Operation Of The Sw For A Period Of Five (5) Years Of Providing Technical Support For The Sw; From The Deployment Of The Productive Operation Of The Sw To The Duration Of The Technical Support For The Sw, Continuous Updating Of The Documentation; From The Deployment Of Productive Operation Of The Sw For A Period Of Three (3) Years Of Provision Of Soc And Authorized Persons Services, With A Reserved Change To The Obligation To Extend The Provision Of These Services (Soc And/Or Authorized Persons) According To The Needs And Instructions Of The Contracting Authority For Up To Two More Years (Even In Parts Of One And One Year), (For Details, See Chapter 19 Zd)
