Tenders Are Invited For Cleaning

The Rotterdam Association For Catholic Education (Rvko) Contracts Out The Cleaning Services For Its Schools On A European Basis. The Assignment Includes The Daily And Periodic Cleaning Of Educational And Supporting Locations, Including Floor Maintenance, Window Cleaning (Inside And Outside), Incidental Facade Cleaning, And For Some Of The Locations, The Supply Of Sanitary Items. The Rvko Aims To Provide Professional, Reliable And Sustainable Services With Demonstrable Quality In Accordance With Vsr Methodology And Kpis, Clear Communication Structures, Careful Transition And Flexibility With Changes In Size And Participation Of Schools. At The Start, 27 Schools Will Participate In The Agreement; During The Term, Other Rvko Schools Can Join Up To A Maximum Of 65 Schools. The Estimated Maximum Contract Value Is € 22.42 Million Excluding Vat Over A Term Of Four Years With An Option To Extend For Four Years.
