Procurement - Transport And Treatment Of Hazardous Construction Waste Attvin, 2026 (2) . Descriptionthrough This Procurement, The Client Wishes To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With A Supplier. The Purpose Of The Agreement Is To Meet The Customers Needs For Transport And Treatment Of Hazardous Construction Waste, From Attvin To Final Treatment At An Approved Treatment Facility, In Accordance With The Requirement Specification. The Purpose Is Also To Ensure That Hazardous Waste Is Handled In Such A Way That It Does Not Cause Pollution Or Damage To People Or Animals, Or A Risk Of This, And To Contribute To An Appropriate And Responsible System For Handling Hazardous Waste, Cf. Waste Regulations Chapter 11. The Agreement Applies To: Waste With Phthalates (Example Floor Covering), Waste Containing Brominated Flame Retardants, Waste Containing Chlorinated Paraffins, And For The Options Waste Containing Pur Foam Insulation And Pressure Impregnated And Creosote-Treated Wood. Notes To The Agreement: Responsibility For The Waste Is Taken Over By The Supplier When The Waste Has Been Loaded Into The Suppliers Cars. The Acquisition Concerns The Treatment Of Various Types Of Hazardous Construction Waste And Construction Waste That Cannot Be Handled Together With Ordinary Household And Commercial Waste Due To Chemical, Physical And/Or Biological Properties. Types Of Waste Included In This Agreement Are In Accordance With The Price Schedule. Everything That Is Collected As Hazardous Waste Must Be Treated At Approved Treatment Facilities. It Is Specified That The Hazardous Waste According To This Agreement Must Go Directly To A Final Treatment Facility And Not A Reception Facility. The Supplier Must Therefore Offer Final Treatment Of The Hazardous Waste At One/Several Treatment Facilities In Accordance With Requirements. Other Fractions Than Those Stated May Be Added Under This Agreement. In Any Case, The Volume In Kroner Must Not Exceed The Maximum Amount Set For The Agreement. New Types Of Waste During The Agreement Period: If New Types Of Waste Are Added During The Agreement Period, It Must Be Possible For The Customer To Take These In Under This Agreement If They Do Not Form A Significant Part Of The Agreement. In Such Cases, The Same Price Calculation Shall Be Used For New Types Of Waste As For Other Types Of Waste In This Agreement. The Customer Nevertheless Reserves The Right To Carry Out A New Competition For New Types Of Waste During The Contract Period.
