Calls Are Initially Allocated According To The Waterfall Principle, But Calls With An Estimated Value That Exceeds Nok 500,000 Excl. Vat Awarded After A Reopening Of The Competition (Mini-Competition). The Client Reserves The Right To Cancel The Competition If There Is A Factual Reason, For Example In Case Of Loss Of Planned Funding Or Lack Of Approval From Political Or Military Quarters.
