Descriptionthe Norwegian Environment Agencys Current Operating Agreement For Public Toilets Expires In April 2026. As Of December 2025, The Operating Agreement Includes 14 Toilets And Two Summer-Open Urinals (See Appendix 1.1). The Supplier Must Take Into Account That The Number May Increase During The Contract Period, But Also That It May Decrease. We Assume That The Number Is More Likely To Increase Than To Decrease. The 14 Public Toilets Covered By This Agreement Are Spread Over Large Parts Of The City, And Are Of Different Models. Seven Heyerdahl Toilets Are Located At The Following Locations: Myraløkka, St. Hanshaugen, Sofienbergparken, Slottsparken, Youngstorget, Stortorvet And Rådhusbrygga. Three Liberté Toilets Are Located At Eidsvolls Plass/Spikersuppa. This Is An Art Installation Where Normal Toilet Operation Is Included As Part Of The Work, While The Art Installation Itself Is Managed By A Third Party. The City Environment Agency Has Itself Established Toilets At The Following Locations: Christian Frederiks Plass (Momek), Klosterenga (Danfo), Jordal (Raw Concrete), Vekta Nedre Foss (In An Existing Building That Was Previously A Grain Weigher).
