The Object Of The Work Is 2 Residential Apartment Buildings Completed In 2004, With 73 Apartments. The Work Will Be Carried Out In An Inhabited Location. The Work Is Described In More Detail In The Attachments Of The Request For Tender. The Work Includes, Main Measures: Windows:- Washing Of Frames, Frames And Mouldings, As Well As Mold Removal Treatments From All Internal Surfaces, Contract Limit: The Outer Surface Of The Outer Frame- Hearing/Painting Treatments Of Frames, Mouldings, And Frames, In Wet Areas Sauna Protection Treatments, Contract Limit: The Outer Surface Of The Outer Frame- Glazing Of The Outer Frame And Glass Renewal- Renewal Of Seals (Interior And Exterior Sash)- Ensuring Ventilation And Water Drainage Of The Window Structure- Inspections And Oiling Of Shutters And Other Hold-Open Devices, Renewals At A Unit Price, Adjustments Of Visits- Cleaning Of Blinds- Washing Of Window Panes, Outer Surface Of The Outer Frame Of The Contractor- Inspection And Repair Of External Plastering Of Insulating Glass Elements In Common Areas Window Doors (Balcony Doors):- Washing And Mold Removal Treatments From The Inside- Renewal Of Seals On Both Door Leaves- Inspections And Oiling Of Hinges And Other Hold-Open Devices, Renewals At A Unit Price, Adjustments Of Visits- Cleaning Of Blinds- Washing Of Window Panesworks In The Destination Must Start As Soon As Possible After Signing The Contract, No Later Than 06/2026. The Contractor Prepares The Work Schedule. The Goal Of The Construction Period Is For The Work To Be Completed By August 2026. The Contract Must Be Completed, All Defects Corrected And Handed Over No Later Than 30 October 2026. The Tenderer Must Give The Total Contract Price (Vat 0%) In Accordance With The Tender Request And Its Appendices. The Tenderer Who Submitted The Most Economically Advantageous Tender Will Be Selected As The Contractor.
