Procurement Photography Parliaments Chancellery Is Seeking A Mam (Media Asset Management) System For The Management Of Av Materials Or Similar, Which Ensures The Preservation, Integrity And Usability Of Video, Audio And Image Materials, Processing, Sharing And The Transfer Of The Material To An External Long-Term Archive. The System Has Been Implemented In A Data Center Located In The Eu/Eea Area Or In A Cloud Service. The Procured System Will Be A Daily Work Tool For The Parliaments Communications And For Those Managing The Digital Archive. The System Does Not Include A Public Service Or Other View For Internal Or External Stakeholders. Publishing Materials To Services Where They Can Be Used By External Users Is Possible Through Interfaces. Anticipated Price Range Of The Procurement The Anticipated Value Of The Procurement For The 48-Month Contract Period Is €150,000 - €200,000. Comments On The Draft Request For Offer In This Market Dialogue, We Are Asking Suppliers For Comments On The Draft Request For Offer. You Can Freely Comment On Whether The Documents Give You A Good Enough Understanding Of The Service To Be Procured, So That You Can Make An Offer And The Offers Are Comparable With Each Other. You Are Also Welcome To Comment On Whether The Anticipated Value Of The Procurement Described Above Is Realistic In Relation To The Requirements And Other Attachments Of The Request For Tenders. We Ask That The Supplier Complete And Return Appendix 2 Requirements And Comment On Individual Requirements As Necessary, If They Are Open To Interpretation, If A Requirement Would Make The Offering Difficult Or Impossible, Or If A Single Requirement Would Increase The Price Of The Offer By An Unreasonable Amount. The Demo Phase Will Take Place After The Deadline For Bids And All Bidders Who Have Submitted A Bid In Accordance With The Request For Bids Will Be Able To Participate. Quality Consists Of Requirements To Be Scored, Project Plan And Solution Description, As Well As A Demo With Some Weights.
