The Purpose Of This Consultation Is The Supply Of Materials And Equipment For Research In Construction. The Supply Will Be Accompanied By A Guarantee For A Period Of Two Years. This Contract Is Awarded In The Form Of A Formalized Open Call For Tenders Procedure Under The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Code, In Particular Its Articles R.2124-2, R.2161-2 To R.2161-5. The Expected Services, Subject Of This Contract, Are Divided Into 4 Lots :-Lot N°1: Equipment For Measuring Thermal Conductivity;-Lot N°2: Laboratory Equipment;-Lot N°3: Equipment For Metrology;-Lot N°4: Equipment For Measuring Water Vapor Permeability;Each Lot Thus Identified Is The Subject Of A Legally Independent Market. Candidates Can Respond To One Or More Lots, Taking Care To Send One Offer Per Lot Responded.All The Services Provided For In Each Lot Must Be Quantified By The Candidates. The Latter Undertake To Carry Out All Services In Accordance With The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp).
