Nlc Fort St. John Campus Renovation - Phase 2 . Bids Are Solicited For The Renovation Of Northern Lights College, Located At 9820 120 Ave., Fort St. John, Bc, V1j 8C3. The Scope Of Work Generally Includes Interior Renovation Of The Campus Centre. The Project Is Being Delivered In Five Phases, Of Which This Phase 1 Is Complete, And Phase 2 Is Now Ready For Bid. The Project Consists Of Exterior Groundwork And Interior Renovations At Northern Lights College, Located At 9820 120 Ave., Fort St. John, Bc, V1j 8C3. The Overall Scope Includes The Renovation Of The Campus Centre And Associated Site Improvements. The Project Is Being Delivered In Five Phases, Of Which Phase 1 Is Complete. Phase 2 Is Now Ready For Bid And Has Been Divided Into Phase 2A And Phase 2B. The Scope Of Work For This Portion Of The Project Includes Exterior Site Work Under Phase 2A, Consisting Of The Construction Of Foundation Work For Future Canopy, A New Slab‑On‑Grade, And A New Vestibule As Well As Upgrades To The Entrance Corridor, Including New Flooring And New Ceiling Finishes. Interior Work Under Phase 2B Includes The Renovation Of Open Admin Office And Enclosed Office Spaces Within The Campus Centre. The Site Visit Will Be Held On Tuesday, April 28Th, 2026, From 10:30 A.M. To 11:30 A.M. Meeting At The Project Site, Located At 9820 120 Ave., Fort St. John, Bc, V1j 8C3. Allow Approximately One Hour For The Site Visit. Attendance At This Meeting Is Strongly Encouraged, As This Is The Only Scheduled Site Visit. During The Site Visit All Contractors Are Required To Confirm Existing Site Conditions. Claims For Additional Costs Will Not Be Entertained With Respect To Existing Conditions That Could Have Been Reasonably Ascertained By A Detailed Inspection Of The Site.
