Investment Design, Delivery Of The Necessary Materials And Equipment, Drilling Of Operational Wells At The Chiren Pph, Construction Of Their Adjacent Plumes To The New Chiren Cs And Their Commissioning. Stages Of The Project Expansion Of The Capacity Of Pgh Chiren - Drilling Fund Will Be Implemented As Follows: Stage Drilling E-76; Stage Drilling E-77; Stage Drilling E-79; Execution Of Other Three Stages (Exploitation Wells Determined Between Wells E-74, E-75, E-78, E-80, E-81, E-82 And E-83 Of The Chiren Gas Well) - Option. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Main Activities For Each Stage, Including The Stages Included In The Option: 1. Development Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase; 2. Coordination Of The Investment Project With The Competent Control Authorities, Operating Companies And Other Interested Parties, The Consultant Under Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut) And Its Approval In Accordance With Art. 144, Para. 1 Of Zut; 3. Activities Prior To The Opening Of The Construction Site - Preparation Of A Health And Safety Plan (Hsp) And A Construction Waste Management Plan (Cwmp) And Their Approval In Accordance With The Order Of The Health And Safety Executive; 4. Preparation Of Documentation For The Properties Affected During Construction And Rescue Archaeological Surveys, Identification Of Owners Or Users/Lessees Of Lands, Determining The Amount Of Compensation For Destroyed Crops Or Lost Benefits From Lands And/Or Damage Caused During Construction And/Or Rescue Archaeological Surveys, According To Market Assessments Prepared By A Licensed Independent Appraiser (Agreed Upon By The Contracting Authority) And Carrying Out Procedures For Payment Of The Compensations, According To The Provisions Of The Law On Energy (Le), The Law On Cultural Heritage (Chl) And The Zut, Which Compensations Are Paid By The Contracting Authority; 5. Temporary Construction, Incl. Leasing Of Land, Construction Of Temporary On-Site Bases, Provision Of Temporary Power Supply And Water Supply, Mobilization And Demobilization, Etc.; 6. Delivery Of Necessary Materials And Equipment; 7. Construction - Assembly Works (Smr); 8. Exercising Copyright Supervision During Construction; 9. Conducting Tests: Single, Complex And Admission Tests; 10. Compilation Of Construction Documents, Executive And Executive Documentation; 11. Cadastral Recording; 12. Acceptance And Commissioning Activities: 12.1. Signing Of The Constituent Act To Establish The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Construction (Form 15); 12.2. Obtaining Certification Documents In Accordance With The Law On The Cadastre And Property Register (Zkir); 12.3 Preliminary Agreements To Allow The Use Of The Relevant Stage; 12.4. Participation In A Commission For Signing The Protocol For Establishing The Fitness For Use Of The Building (Form 16) And Assistance In Obtaining A Permit For Use; 13.
