The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Construction Materials For The Needs Of The Krumovgrad Municipality, Which Are Divided Into 6 Separate Items According To Their Specifics. The Specific Items And The Products Included In Them, With Indicated Estimated Quantities, Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification Attached To This Documentation. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed In The Technical Specifications Of The Employers Requirements (Technical Specifications), Contained In This Public Procurement Documentation. Given The Specifics Of This Public Procurement, The Contracting Authority Sets Estimated Quantities Of The Delivered Building Materials And Inventory For Each Of The Individual Items Included In The Subject Of The Procurement. The Quantities Are Indicated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Documentation For The Public Procurement, And The Same Are Estimated And Do Not Commit The Contracting Authority To Their Complete Utilization Upon Conclusion Of The Contract. The Purchase Of The Items Will Be Determined According To The Arising Needs Of The Contracting Party. Full Information On The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Is Described And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation. For Specific Items No. 1, 2, 3, 4 And 5, In The Event Of A Need To Request Other Construction Materials And Inventory, Other Than Those Specified In The Technical Specification For The Duration Of The Contract, On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Ppa, The Same Will Be Awarded With Additional Agreements, With The Total Value Of All Additional Agreements Being The Value Of The Option, Namely Up To 10% Of The Total Value Of The Purchased Construction Materials And Inventory.
