The Public Contract Includes The Preparation Of A Survey To Establish The Technical Characteristics Of Buildings Of The Sdvr, Representing Complementary Development Within The Meaning Of Art. 41 Of The Territorial Planning Act (Zut): Auxiliary, Service, Commercial And Secondary Buildings To The Buildings Of The Main Development. The Purpose Of Conducting The Public Procurement Is To Acquire, According To The Relevant Regulated Normative Order, Up-To-Date Information About The Main Characteristics Of The Constructions; The Necessary Measures To Take For Their Maintenance; The Deadlines For Carrying Out Repairs; The Guidelines And Instructions For Safe Operation. The Assignment Is Intended To Be Carried Out In Fulfillment Of The General Obligation Of The Owners To Maintain The Constructions In A Technical Condition That Meets The Basic Requirements Under Art. 169, Para. 1 And 3 Zut; For Failure To Carry Out And Preventing The Carrying Out Of Changes In Them, Which Lead Or May Lead To A Deterioration Of The Design Levels Of Compliance With The Requirements For The Entire Construction Or For Its Individual Characteristics, On The Basis Of An Argument From Art. 196 Of The Zut. Deadline For Implementation: At The Proposal Of The Participants, But No More Than 90 Calendar Days, Counting From The Date Of Dispatch, Receipt Of A Written Notification Of Secured Financing At The Contractor, Presentation By The Latter Of A Performance Guarantee, According To The Draft Contract For The Relevant Specific Position And Presentation Of The Necessary Output Data By The Contracting Authority For The Performance Of The Service.
