The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of Contractors Who Have Professional Qualifications In The Exercise Of Consulting Services In The Sense Of Art. 166, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Zut And Art. 168, Paragraph 1 Of The Zut, Namely The Exercise Of Construction Supervision To Guarantee The Lawful Implementation Of The Smr And Allow The Use Of The Objects Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement, As Well As The Preparation Of A Final Report For Each Object. The Contractor Is Responsible For His Activities And Obligations As A Participant In The Investment Process, Regulated In Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Zut.
